To access webmail on your hosting account, click the 'Web Based Email' button in your control panel.

Be sure to enter the username/POP account and not the email alias in the Username box.

For example, if you are sending/aliasing mail for sales@your_domain.com to mailbox your_domain, then your username is your_domain (and not 'sales').

Do not enter the @your_domain.com part of the email address in the username box.

The password is the password assigned to that user name (same as FTP/POP/SSH).

You can also access webmail on your hosting account by pointing a browser to the /webemail directory on your domain name.
